2. Runaways #5: Finally a content-packed issue.
3. Harley Quinn: Be Careful What You Wish For #1: Great conclusion for the run.
4. Harley Quinn #34: Ditto as the last one.
5. Red Hood & the Outlaws #34: Solid character development.
6. New Super-Man #19: Promising beginning.
7. Hal Jordan & the Green Lantern Corps #36: Solid conclusion.
8. The Flash #38: Ditto as the last one.
9. Wonder Woman #38: Better than the last few issues.
10. Superwoman #18: Decent enough conclusion I guess.

No recommendations for Titans because it was pretty mediocre nor Michael Cray because it was just badly-executed.
