Some thoughts about Green Lantern #26

Hal's struggles as a leader continue.

The battle against the Star Sapphire Nol-Anj and her clann is proving to be more difficult to handle for Kilowog and him so Hal will have no other option but to call the whole Corps in a battle of planet versus planet.

This was a pretty good issue actually. Robert Venditti makes the new status quo for the Green Lanter Corps matter by presenting interesting arguments about using their powers responsibly and making some of the members not using them at all.

I have to mention that I really enjoy the character work here too. Hal is a pretty flawed leader but one that is learning step by step how to become better, the characteriztion for the rest of the GLC was quite good too and showed a lot of interesting moments for each one of them.

I'm really satisfied by Billy Tan's work by now. His art is dramatically improved in comparison to early issues, it's much more refined.

Pretty good conclusion for this two-part story, the direction looks interesting too.
