How can The Flash get rid of the Strength Force?
Barry and The Trickster have been possessed by the mysterious force and now they will need to find a way to save themselves but to do so, one of them will have to sacrifice himself.
Man, this was quite the conclusion.
Joshua Williamson brings the final chapter of this storyline by offering more context about the whole situation. The exploration of the Strength Force makes it much more interesting than what I initially believed since, just like with the Speed Force, it can be executed in differnent ways and not just for pure power. All of this leads to a pretty interesting character moment between Barry and Axel that shows more depth from the latter and makes him much more sympathetic.
However, that's not the best part since Williamson once again demonstrates his understanding of The Flash's history and reintroduces a character who everyone thought long-gone and it actually connects to one of The Rogues in a way that makes sense based on the context of the story which also makes me wonder if we will see someone like Evan McCulloch in the future too.
Christian Duce does a solid job in art duties, particularly when he wants to showcase the scale of the Strength Force and I suppose that was the reason he was chosen for this particular arc.
Great read, can't wait for the next one.
