Can the Justice League Dark face one of their most bizarre enemies?
The Upside-Down Man has revealed his presence and now is willing to destroy everything in his path unless Wonder Woman finds a power that she doesn't even know about.
This is yet another solid entry I believe.
James Tynion IV concludes this opening arc by delivering suspenseful moments and interesting plot-points. The appearance of the new villain is creative enough thanks to his monstrous appearance and abilities that present an imposing threat for the whole team and also connects him to Zatanna in a personal way while contrasting her abilities in a compelling manner.
The new background that Tynion created for Zatanna is brought back and is used effectively here. Mind you, I'm not a big fan of this particular power and I feel like it was completely necessary but apparently the writer is going to explore more about it in the future.
Alvaro Martinez handles the artwork and is really good looking thanks to his beautiful and creative style.
Nice read, let's see where this goes next.
