One of the new reporters at the Daily Planet is willing to go too far for her story and now Clark will have to find a way to stop her before is too late.
A short yet satisfying chapter.
Brian Bendis continues his story where he explores more about the characters he recently introduced. Goode is showing what she's capable of to get what she wants and gets worse and worse with each new chapter where she appears. I think Bendis' dialogue felt right in this issue despite of being hit and miss in previous entries due that managed to get solid details from even minor characters.
The threat of Kryptonite is well-executed and implemented into the book, in a way that makes the situation really tense by affecting both Clark's life and secret identity. The main plot doesn't progress much but it does offer a few new plot-points.
Yanique Paquette is here and is always good to see him thanks to his beautiful and soft style that creates gorgeous characters and strong storytelling.
Good read, hope the following ones follow this path.
