Now is up to the girls to work together.
Harley, Ivy, Betty and Veronica have finally go back to their true bodies but now their problems could be even worse.
Yeah, this is a pretty erratic series as a whole.
Marc Andreyko and Paul Dini offer a new installment where they focus on the dynamic between the main characters and it all goes pretty predictably quite frankly. The conversations between the two couples can be fun at times due that at the very least the writers understand the characters but on the other hand the humour and dialogue can be cringey at the same time.
I have more issues with the story which is pretty lackluster. Is not like I was expecting much complexity from a plot that involves Archie characters but is still not exactly compelling. Is connected to Ivy in a logical way due to her desire to protect the swamp but is not really exploited beyond that.
Laura Braga handles the artwork and is decent in terms of character models but the storytelling is not the best, some scenes are hard to read.
Not that enjoyable but we're almost at the end anyway so let's hope for the better.
