Wolverine will have to fight for what she cares the most.
Gabby has been transformed into a terrible monster and is up to Laura to save her and find the person behind all of this.
Everything that starts well ends well.
Tom Taylor concludes this little storyarc by delivering the same amount of fun that was present since the beginning. There's a lot to enjoy in this story including the characterization which delivers strong and emotional moments between Laura, Gabby and even their pet, Jonathan while also showing the classic scenes that depict the protagonists' personalities perfectly in just a few lines. Even the Guardians of the Galaxy get entertaining moments which seem mostly based on their film portrayals so I guess they're accurate in that regard.
The story progresses at a solid and fast pace with great action scenes and plot progression while offering a pretty satisfying and dark ending. The engaging dialogue continues to shine through the read.
Leonard Kirk's artwork is not so good sadly, is not that is bad but is not really good either, pretty passable.
Other than that, quite solid issue. Excited for the next one.
