Can Harley save her neighborhood again?
The Penguin is decided to put a Casino in town and that could ruin everyone's lives but Harley might have other thoughts in mind.
A stand-alone story and a solid one at that.
Frank Tieri handles this little chapter by delivering an enjoyable story about Harley trying to save the town once again. The inclusion of The Penguin makes sense in this case since he's the classic businessman from Gotham City and offers the expected social commentary about how greed can ruin a good city while also presenting fun and violent moments that are typical from this book.
The characterization is accurate and the humour is appropriate but some of the best scenes come towards the end with a comedic fourth wall-breaking about why Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner are not writing this.
Eleonora Carlini handles the pencils and her work is quite good with an appealing and energetic style that is a good fit for the book.
Nice issue, definitely on the same tone of the rest.
