Green Arrow needs to return to Seattle no matter what.
A mysterious assassin has been hired to murder people with the only purpose of gaining more money and is up to Ollie and Dinah to stop him one way or another.
Hey, good to know that Constantine Drakon is back!
I mean, it has to be him right? Is an overly competent and short assassin who is able to fight both Oliver and Dinah face to face and likes to promote the fact that he's doing this because is his job.
... Wait, why does the script call him Eddie Fyers then? Eddie Fyers who was created during Mike Grell's run and didn't really have any of the traits that Ben Percy is trying to force on him?
Seriously, this could have been a great opportunity to reintroduce Constantine Drakon to current continuity but once again, Percy demonstrates that he barely knows anything about the characters he writes about and instead decided to give Fyers a completely new characterization that doesn't make sense at all and if only he did a bit more research he would realize that there was someone else much more fitting here.
The rest of the issue is not so bad since is pretty much a big action scene but ultimately lacks enough content to make it memorable and makes me question the logic of how all of this is possible.
Juan Ferreyra handles the artwork and again, his style is not my favorite but he knows how to depict a story nicely.
Not bad technically but still a huge wasted opportunity.
