Some thoughts about Iron Fist: The Living Weapon #3

K'un Lun, the place where Iron Fist was born no longer exists.

Danny Rand is reminiscing painful memories of his early days on his old home where he had to fight for his life to proof himself worthy of the power he currently has. Now as a grown man, Danny realizes that this place didn't actually give him what he wanted the most and he's about to realize that not everything is what it seems anymore.

Once again, Kaare Andrews brings an interesting chapter that promises to break Iron Fist's world.

The author delivers a quite exciting and compelling story where he's able to expand aspects from the life of Danny Rand that were not profoundly explored in the past like the immense grudge and hate he feels for everyone who he considers have done him wrong, including his parents and K'un Lun itself.

This delivers some pretty intriguing conflicts about the character that I think make his current situation much more complex than before and possibly gives his personality much more depth.

One of the best aspects from this issue as usual is the artwork and Kaare Andrews doesn't disappoints on that front with his incredible style and polished storytelling techniques that makes the story much more impressive.

Definitely one of the best Marvel reads of the week, really enjoying how this is turning out.
