Some thoughts about Constantine #15

Is Constantine able to outwit the Cult of the Cold Flame before they destroy him?

John has traveled to Hong Kong where he believes that a powerful mage called Graceful Moon has the answers he has been looking but she's not willing to give them easy and they may cost much more than what Constantine expects.

This series just keeps delivering since the Blight crossover ended.

Ray Fawkes continues to create an excellent portrayal of John by making him a quite smart and competent con-man who is able to trick every other mage in the world. The worldbuilding has been one of the strongest aspects of this series and this issue is no different thanks to the development of Hong Kong and giving it its own identity as well as their own mythos.

The sub-plots and overarching story are being carefully planned and it's great to see all the different hints receiving their proper pay-offs including the constant presence of the Cold Flame, Mister E's inmprisonment, Constantine's origin etc. Plus, this issue was basically an one-and-done issue that also served for the ongoing story, I love that.

ACO is back on art and he brings an incredibly detailed and creative style to the title that makes it even more compelling, there are a lot of different scenarios being used here and the artist depicts them wonderfully.

Excellent issue, you need to read this book people. I don't know how many times I need to repeat this.
