Some thoughts about The Flash #50

How can The Flashes defeat Zoom?

Hunter has gained the different new Forces and now both Barry and Wally will have to outrace him to save the timeline although they might be too late this time.

Well, this was certainly an interesting ending.

Joshua Williamson offers the final chapter of Flash War by delivering strong moment after strong moment. The writer throws many references to the classic Flash mythos including some that are constantly ignored and forgotten like Hypertime while still developing a few new ones like the different Forces that appeared after the recent Justice League event.

Best of all is the characterization. Williamson gives Wally West a ton of respect and there's a particularly glorious moment focusing on him which will make a lot of fans happy without a doubt.

And the plot-points that are created here are multiple. Many interesting new ideas and stories are being injected here which includes the return of a long-lost and loved character from The Flash family which brought a big smile to my face.

Howard Porter remains in art duties and his work is still ideal on the speed scenes thanks to his powerful and kinetic style. It certainly makes those segments more impressive than they already are.

Great read, literally can't wait for the next issue.
