Some thoughts about Transformers: Lost Light #10

What a time to be back to the Lost Light.

First Aid and his friends are trying to return to the ship only to discover that things are much different from before and in many cases for the worst.

Well, this was a pretty creative chapter at the very least.

James Roberts delivers a new installment where the story opens with a pretty exciting appearance of some of the missing members from the crew that are obviously intrigued about the new status quo. Some of the dialogue can be a bit bothersome like Roberts' insistence of making every character to make an one-liner or joke despite of not fitting the characters and mood really well but aside from that, the characterization is pretty on-point and is especially great to see the contrast between the beliefs of both teams.

The mystery about what happened to Rodimus' team keeps escalating to the suspensful reveal about Getaway's actions which shows how despicable he can be despite of having apparently good intentions and the story quickly turns out in an escape which takes a pretty inventive turn towards the end which I'm still not sure how it happened. It all comes full circle I guess.

Jack Lawrence returns to art duties and his work is pretty fitting here thanks to the expressions he provides for the characters at the best moments.

Quite solid issue but I hope we see more of Rodimus' team next.
