Some thoughts about Red Hood and the Outlaws #4

The Black Mask's plans are coming to fruition.

Jason has been working alongside Black Mask to learn what he's about to do to Gotham City. However, even if he finds out about it, this will be way harder than expected.

Colour me surprised, yet another entertaining chapter.

Scott Lobdell continues his story about the Dark Trinity by exploring more about its members and credit where credit is due, when Lobdell is good, he can be really good. The characterization is the selling point here thanks to how the writer depicts each one of them and showcases their personalities and how competent they can be. Jason gets the best of it thanks to his interactions with both Bizarro and Black Mask.

Speaking of the latter, he's presented as a pretty interesting antagonist, much more than recent portrayals actually. His motivations and plans prove to be greater than expected and make me more invested on him.

Dexter Soy handles the artwork and is once again, really good. The characters are beautiful and Soy has a great storytelling skill that makes each scene wonderful.

Good stuff, hope it continues this way.
