Some thoughts about The Transformers: More than Meets the Eye #37

Rodimus and his team continue their travel towards the past.

Brainstorm is still playing with time travel and no one actually knows what is his true objective. However, once that Megatron realizes Brainstorm's route he will understand his true purpose.

Holy crap, this chapter definitely delivered everything I wanted!

The current storyarc is still focusing on the complexity and ramifications of time travel while also giving some really good character moments for a lot of the members from the cast. Some of the strongest moments were shared between Cyclonus and Tailgate, Chromedome and Rewind and Megatron and Impactor.

Speaking of which, it was pretty good to see old scenes from this series re-appearing here. It's pretty obvious that James Roberts had a plan from the beginning and it was great to see all of it being developed after such a long time.

Plus, there's some really good character development focusing on Whirl and it was interesting to see how Megatron was an idealist at the beginning. It allows for pretty nice scenes.

Alex Milne comes back to art duties and his work is as expressive, complex and imaginative as you would expect from him.

Fantastic issue full of great content, worth every penny.
