The Flash needs to stop Captain Cold no matter what.
Cold has forgotten the purpose of the Rogues and now that rest of his family and Barry will have to shown him the way once again.
Better than the last issue at the very least.
Joshua Williamson offers a new installment where he explores how Cold's actions affect the rest of the Rogues. The characterization is pretty solid due that the writer once again demonstrates how much he understands Flash's villains by showing how despite the Rogues have become more powerful than ever, that is not really who they are which pays a lot of respect of their "everyman" nature. All of this nicely contrasts with Barry's character as well since the parallels between Cold and him continue to be explored.
Plus, there are a lot of references to previous storylines including ones that go way back to the New 52 when something similar happened to the Rogues and how Lex Luthor and Captain Cold worked together for the Justice League at one point which again, shows Williamson appreciation to continuity.
Christian Duce handles the art and is pretty detailed and expressive although his strong style is not what I would prefer for something like The Flash.
Nice read, hope the next one offers more plot progression.
