Some thoughts about Wonder Twins #10

Can the Wonder Twins save their friend's father?

Polly Math has decided to trust Jayna and now Zan and her are going to travel to space to once for all help Polly's dad escape the Phantom Zone.

Better than the last one at the very least.

Mark Russell offers a new installment where there's finally some solid progression. The character work is pretty good due that Polly starts showing more depth aside from just being angry at Jayna while the twins have pretty competent and likable moments. There's also the usual Russell social commentary like how Lex Luthor doesn't really know his own employees which seems fitting at least.

The plot is actually moving with Polly's dad finally being free of his prison and an ongoing plot-point concerning a threat being built-up towards the end with an interesting cliffhanger too.

Stephen Byrne handles the pencils and his semi-cartoony style continues to be beautiful and expressive.

Good read, let's hope things stay this way until the end.
