Seattle is in danger.
Merlyn has finally found Oliver and is ready to end this fight once for all and even if Oliver manages to defeat him, things are far from over.
Nothing particularly bad this time but still has a few issues.
For one, Ben Percy is playing with the ramifications of the last storyline with several of the key players having a role here including Merlyn and the corrupt businessmen. The thing is that none of these antagonist are particularly interesting, Percy tries to explore Malcolm's background to give him a bit more depth but considering that his appearance came out of nowhere this is still too little, too late (Not to mention that his backstory is depicted in a pretty blunt way by telling instead of showing) and the evil business guy whose name I can't even bother to remember has become really annoying and I want to see him dead already, not because I hate him (At least not for the intended reasons) but because of how bored I am of him.
It seems like Percy is finally making the connection between Seattle and Star City which is not bad to be fair but I think it could have been handled in a better and more subtle way.
Otto Schmidt handles the artwork and is once again gorgeous with a really vibrant style and beautiful characters.
Other than that, not really worth checking out. Not as terrible as the last few issues though.
