Bane is coming and it could be the worse for everyone.
Bruce is feeling the presence of Bane after their last confrontation but he still believes he can fight him on his own, he might be wrong.
This... was actually surprisingly solid.
Tom King arrives with a new chapter where he starts building-up the arrival of Bane and to be fair, he does a nice job at it. The villain's precense is nicely depicted early in the issue while it continues to be developed over the course of the story while ending with a nice and logical cliffhanger.
The best part of the issue though, was the Batburger section where Bruce and his kids see how the Batman brand has been overused to the point that now they're selling food with their on it. This is the first time in a while that I see them all acting like an actual family while playing with their continuity. Nothing to complaint here.
Sure, there's the usual dumb repetition and a few awkward lines but thankfully, this chapter is not full of them.
David Finch handles the art and he does a good job at depicting every scene appropriately with a clear storytelling skill.
Enjoyable overall, let's see how this goes.
