Hawkeye's mission to find the kidnapper continues.
After barely escaping the attack of a cult, Kate is still trying to learn what happened to Mikka which could take her to even more dangerous places.
Still quite enjoyable thankfully.
Kelly Thompson offers a new chapter where she continues to develope Kate's career as P.I. while also exploring more about her supporting cast. Once again, Thompson's portrayal of Kate is pretty much perfect, she really gets her sarcastic voice while the funny tone of the writing helps to make her much more entertaining and relatable. There are a lot of comedic scenes that focus on how Kate can mess up and it makes her a lot more understandable overall.
The plot progresses at a decent pace but the best parts belong to Kate's interactions with others, the natural dialogue also helps in these scenes and get the best of them.
Leonardo Romero remains in art duties and once again, his clean, cartoony and efficient style is perfect for a Hawkeye book.
Solid stuff, hope the next one brings a nice conclusion to the arc.
