What's the problem concerning gender inequality and politics in Bedrock?
Wilma went to visit her mother and Fred has no other choice but handling home himself. Meanwhile Clod is ready to win women's support no matter what.
This was a bit on the nose but it still handled some interesting topics.
Mark Russell delivers a new chapter where he handles themes like gender inequality and current political situation the U.S.A. is dealing with. Some aspects are nicely done like the obvious role that women have taken over the course of history but also shows the perspective of men and also their obvious role in the same case, both situations are outdated but considering the nature of the title, they fit and they serve the story nicely enough.
About the political topic, is pretty obvious that Clod is Donald Trump and his desire to kill the lizard people is an allegory to Trump's Muslim ban which serves its purpose but is pretty heavyhanded while also not presenting a truly justifiable reason why Clod wants to do such thing. It was funny at least.
Steve Pugh is once again in charge of art duties and his work is once again great in terms of storytelling and character detail.
Entertaining but I wish some sides were better explored to create an actual complex situation.
