Nighwing will have to make Bludhaven safe again.
Dick has realized who is the culprit of the murders but even if he manages to capture him, he will learn that things are not as simple.
The conclusion of this storyarc is here and is a solid one thankfully.
Tim Seeley delivers the final chapter of Bludhaven by putting Nightwing against Mr. Nice. Just as I mentioned in the last issue, Mr. Nice was a quite predictable villain but at the same time, Seeley uses him as a way to contrast Dick's character and the rest of the city and how everyone can do better as long as they try. Character-wise is pretty solid.
This also provides a nice worldbuilding for Bludhaven and a new status quo for the title which perfectly fits the nature of the protagonist while also creating new plot-points for the future.
Marcus To remains in art duties and his work is still pleasent but at times it feels a bit rushed, not as polished as in other issues.
Enjoyable overall, hope things get better from now on.
