The final battle between humans and Kryptonians is here.
Batman is leading his own army against the horde of Supermen and there's no doubt that there will be loss from both bands.
This story is about to come to an end and to be fair, I thought this was at least a decent entry.
Frank Miller and Brian Azzarello offer another installment where they continue the war against the Kryptonians and I feel like it was executed solidly. The action scenes are quite intense while also delivering good character moments from all the members of the cast and there's also the classic Miller social commentary that, despite of what people might think about him, it was pretty on-point based on the supremacist nature of the Kryptonians (I was quite surprised to see Miller actually making fun of Trump all things considered).
Andy Kubert remains on pencils here and his work is still decent looking but it seems a bit rough at points lacking the usual polish from his other projects.
There's once again a second story focusing on Batgirl, Lara and Wonder Woman and the story itself is not bad but Miller's pencils are pretty lackluster with repetitive poses and awkward faces.
Enjoyed a few parts of it but is definitely not one of the best reads of this week.
