Could Daredevil's memories have been a lie all this time?
Matt Murdock has always believed that his father was one of the best men he ever met but a strange attack that he suffered might make him start reminiscing things either right or wrong. All of this is connected to her mother who is about to receive a much worse punishment she deserves for the kind of crime she committed.
It's amazing how a talented writer can use a tie-in to tell a compelling story.
Mark Waid utilizes the completely ridiculous premise of Original Sin on his favor to create an intriguing tale where Matt begins to wonder if everything he knew about his father was the truth. He always understood that his father was man who liked to fight but never considered him a violent person until now.
The dilemma that the main character is currently facing is pretty profound and fortunately the author gives the reader enough room to guess what's real and what's not so it's open to interpretation which I think it's usually the best course of action, although such answers will probably be revealed in the next issue.
Javier Rodriguez is in charge of the artwork and here we have another master storyteller handling Daredevil, what a surprise. Anyway, as usual the artist depicts every moment perfectly and makes Waid's script even better.
Great issue and it makes me intrigued about the conclusion of the plot-point they created.
