Some thoughts about Grayson: Futures End #1

What does the future brings to Dick Grayson?

It's the end of the road for Dick after he commits one of the things he swore he would never do and he can't help but remember what brought him up to this point.

Well, this was certainly an interesting issue.

Tim Seeley and Tom King create a story where they don't really utilize the 5 Years Later setting of Futures End that much but instead they use this issue to create an one-and-done tale where they explore the whole history of the character from their perspective and I must say that is a pretty satisfying one for the most part.

I also enjoyed the format of the story they implement since is told backwards from the future to the past, that was quite inventive.

I have some problems about it though since they kinda imply something about the relationship between Bruce and Dick, I could be wrong about this of course.

Another little complaint i have is that Mikel Janin is not drawing this issue and he's replaced by Stephen Mooney and while Mooney's work is solid is not as creative nor attractive as Janin's.

Solid issue I would say despite of some questionable aspects.
