The Deathbringers are an interesting concept that showcases a brand new life for Carter Hall and offers a logical reason about why he was reincarnated so many times and how that is a form of redemption for him.
However, just because this is one revelations, it doesn't mean that all the mysteries are solved. The relationship between Hawkman and a familiar woman is instantly emphasized which most certainly will bring compelling developments for the future, the being who forced Carter to be reincarnated in the first place is still hidden and even more upcoming lives are coming.
Bryan Hitch remains in art duties and his work is still strong with a good sense of scale and spectacle.
