The World's Finest together once again.
Batman is not sure if he should call Superman so he can finally meet his fiancee. However, he will soon be reminded why he trust him so much.
No way! Yet another good issue!
Tom King offers the long-awaited encounter between the most famous couples in superhero comics and does it in a way that makes complete sense. For one, King immediately contrasts the traits of both Superman and Batman from the perspective of each other and is pretty much what both characters would think about their best friend. Is quite accurate, I'm surprised to see this level of characterization in this book.
King also includes his own sense of style to give this story a bit more personality and is successful in that regard due that this time is actually appropriate for these characters to behave like this. The way how they talk with their respective partners was also well-executed.
Clay Mann is on pencils and his work is really solid, full of expressive characters and strong storytelling.
Good stuff, hope it continues this way.
