Who is the smartest man in the world?
Ozymandias is decided to recruit the best people to save his planet but he might need to go to another universe to find the most important of them.
This event continues and so far, is a much more entertaining story than Metal.
Yes, I have been digging the story that Scott Snyder has been creating during his Batman-centric crossover fine enough but it can get dull and repetitive at times. Geoff Johns on the other hand, takes things to another level thanks to his great execution of big moments and great pacing. Johns always had a strong affection for obscure and new characters and he demonstrate that perfectly with how he handles Marionette and Mime who show tons of personality in each of their scenes and in many instances get the best moments from the whole issue.
That's not to say that classic characters like Ozymandias and Rorschach get ignored since they also get quite entertaining segments, especially when they travel to Earth Prime and face their most logical opponent based on their skills. This escalates perfectly towards the impressive ending that delivers a pretty intriguing surprise.
Gary Frank remains in art duties and his work is still fantastic thanks to his incredible storytelling and detailed character expressions.
Probably one of the best things I've read this week, as far as events go, this is a winner.
