The Rogues are united.
Barry is trying to investigate the murder of Turbine and that will lead him to the ultimate plan that his enemies have been preparing.
Another successful chapter.
Joshua Williamson brings a new installment where he explores the nature of The Rogues and progresses the story in an effective way. This issue is basically told from two perspectives, The Flash and his enemies and both of them work really well, particularly the latter since Williamson has always shown a good understanding of The Flash's villains and show how strong they can be as a group.
The way how the plot develops makes sense and creates a pretty solid cliffhanger at the end that is pretty satisfying from a character perspective based on previous events.
Scott McDaniel handles the art and is decent, his characters can be a bit too flexible at times but still manages to capture the vibrant nature of the book solidly.
Good read, can't wait for the next one.
