Some thoughts about Super Sons #14

Can the Super Sons stop one of their mothers and save the other?

Talia Al Ghul is decided to kill Lois Lane and now is up to both Jon and Damian to prevent any more harm.

This little storyline concludes and is once again pretty satisfying.

Peter Tomasi offers a new installment where he focuses on character work and funny moments as usual. The characterization continues to be solid thanks to the great understanding of the history behind the protagonists, particularly Damian and the complicated dynamic he has with his mother which contrasts nicely how he see his own dynamic with his father while showing how different it is from the relationship Jon and Lois have.

This is perfectly emphasized thanks to the great conversations the cast had which goes from depressing in Damian and Talia's case to charming in Jon and Lois' case to finally end in an optimistic light thanks to the always lighhearted and entertaining relationship that Jon and Damian have.

Carlo Barberi handles the artwork and his style continues to improve thanks to beautiful and expressive characters and on-point storytelling.

Good issue, sad that is not going to last.
