Harley will have to learn who is her true enemy.
Harley has been manipulated all this time and now will have to fight for her true home.
Well, this continues to be a decent read fortunately.
Frank Tieri offers a new chapter where he starts revealing a few interesting plot twists. The way how Harley's recent behavior is explored makes sense and actually creates solid development from a few of the supporting characters. The humour seems on-point, at least in terms of consistency with the last run.
Even the inclusion of Batvillains is well-handled thanks to how funny their appearances are. That's not to say that their portrayals are simplistic though since of them show enough depth as well.
John Timms and Moritat share pencils and while Timms' work is really good as usual thanks to his expressive characters, Moritat's seems a bit out of place due to how badly it contrast with the tone of the book.
Overall, an enjoyable issue, hope the conclusion is solid.
