Amanda Waller is doing everything in her power to stop Max and his team but things will get even more complicated once that Max finds what he was looking for.
I'm surprised about how entertaining this still is.
Joshua Williamson arrives with a new action packed chapter where he makes every scene exciting due to the great fight scenes and strong character moments. Is really exciting to see all the members of the connecting to each other based on their relationships, my favorite moments being the ones devoted to The Flash and Captain Boomerang and Harley Quinn and Wonder Woman.
Not only that but the author utilizes the story to hint at several other plot-points that are going to happen and in other books. All of this accompanied by engaging dialogue, fast pacing and surprising scenes.
Fernando Pasarin is in charge of the pencils and his work is really solid with expressive characters and detailed storytelling.
Quite enjoyable, easily one of the best events yet.
