Some thoughts about Superwoman #6

The fate of Metropolis rest in Superwoman and Lex Luthor's hands.

Ultrawoman has just unleashed her attack towards the city and now Lana will need the help of Lex to try to stop his sister.

More solid work from this series.

Phil Jimenez offers a new installment where he focuses on several different segments which are mostly devoted to character work, particularly between Lana and Lex. Jimenez understands the dynamic the exists between the two and while initially he tries to present Lex as a sympathetic figure, Lana quickly realizes that he's still the same selfish sociopath who just believes he's doing the right thing which brings an interesting conversation as a whole.

The plot progresses at a nice pace and the issue has a lot of content which manages to give a lot of the characters enough time to shine while also developing the current threat.

Jimenez himself does the layouts and Matt Santorelli and Jack Herbert finish the job, at times the different artists might make the look a bit inconsistent but nothing that ruins the read.

Entertaining overall but I hope this story actually concludes in the next one.
