Maxwell Lord believes he can control the Heart of Darkness but things will turn out to be more difficult he expected. Now is up to Batman and a new Justice League to stop him.
Penultimate chapter and is still quite entertaining.
Joshua Williamson continues his story focusing on several members of the cast and how they react to the current situation. The characterization is pretty solid with Cyborg still showing some competent skills that are logical considering everything that has happened to him and other characters like Captain Boomerang having fun reactions to why Eclipso didn't control them.
Everything else also progress at a nice pacing with quick character moments and twist that deliver the final cliffhanger, everything has been building-up to this and also gives a justification for the new Justice League of America cast to be created.
Robson Rocha handles the artwork and is really solid in terms of character models and action scenes.
Really enjoyable, hoping for a satisfying conclusion in the next one.
