The Black Flash is chasing the different Force users and Barry will have to convince them that they have to work together to escape death.
This new storyline continues and sadly, this one wasn't as good as the opening chapter.
Joshua Williamson offers a new installment where he continues the idea of The Black Flash trying to destroy the Forces. This would be more interesting if only I was more invested in the characters that represent each new Force, they're not necessarily bad but they're also not that compelling and therefore their sections are the least exciting parts of the issue.
This is especially obvious since the Rogues appear early on and those are the characters that most people want to see, especially because Williamson knows how to portray them, sadly their segment is pretty short and the rest of the chapter pales in comparison to it. Speaking of which, this also seems like a pretty quick read without many memorable moments.
Rafa Sandoval handles the art and he's a good fit for the title thanks to his flexible and energetic style.
Aside from that, I really hope the next one is better.
