The Multiverse is in peril once again.
Hal Jordan has just learned the existence of Green Lanterns across the Multiverse and they will have to work together to stop a threat that could kill all of them.
This sadly has a lot in common with the previous issue.
Grant Morrison offers a new installment where he keeps up with his classic direction. The exploration of obscure and forgotten characters remains with the reintroduction of a few interesting concepts from the main DCU and from the whole Multiverse obviously. Morrison is implementing his own ideas he created during The Multiversity event as well as a few other staples like the Green Lantern Batman from the Darkest Knight Elseworlds story and the Green Lantern from the Tangent universe and all of them are portrayed in an appropriate way.
That being said, this once again feels like pure set-up for a much bigger event. Morrison is preparing all the key players to face the threat that is going to destroy the Multiverse and while it seemingly appears at the end, it might not be that one at all. I just wish there was more progression here.
Liam Sharp continues in art duties and his work is still a bit messy at times but it captures the wild imagination of the writer decently at least.
Not bad but I really hope the next one offers more.
