Who wants to silence Lois Lane?
Lois is being accused of cheating on her husband by all media but that's far from her biggest problem since someone now is threatening her life.
This series continues and aside from a few issues, is still solid.
Greg Rucka delivers a new installment where he progresses the story even further. The mystery concerning who is hunting Lois is being developed and many key players are being introduced while others are disappearing just as quickly which gives the plot higher stakes. Once again, one of the highlights is the relationship between Lois and Clark and, while the story is not as focuses on them as in the previous chapter, here they're also competently portrayed. The appearance of characters like Renee Montoya brings yet another interesting dynamic with the main character as well.
The nitpicks come in the form of the usual Rucka ticks like the appearance of buzzwords like "Fake News" and at this point I can't help but roll my eyes whenever people bring that up, is not funny, is not clever, is just tiring. Aside from that, the writing seems pretty on-point.
Mike Perkins' pencils are equally on-point thanks to his semi-realistic style that gets the character expressions perfectly.
Good read. Hope the next one progresses the story even more.
