Jessica's case is turning out to be more complicated than expected.
The Spot has just kidnapped Jessica and he and his associate have some plans for her. However, Luke is decided to find her no matter what.
Yeah, I'm not feeling this so far.
I was initially intrigued by the story that Brian Bendis was creating in the first issue but after that, not many exciting things actually happened. Sure, there are a few hints about what happened between Luke and Jessica but is still not completely revealed yet, the mystery is taking quite a while to develope.
The chapter has all the classic Bendis' ticks so you will know what to expect. The dialogue is not a problem for me but at times Bendis exaggerates the style of his dialogue and is pretty noticeable. About the progression in the plot, there's apparently a new direction being prepared but I'm not particularly excited about it.
Michael Gaydos remains in art duties and his work is still expressive in different segments while still looking semi-realistic and fitting for the story.
Other than that, I think I'm dropping this since is not progressing as well as expected.
