Deathstroke's past always comes back to haunt him.
Slade has been put in prison for his actions and now he will no choice but start telling more about his previous missions.
The series' path to greatness continues.
Christopher Priest offers a new chapter where he plays with the ramifications of the last one by handling several sub-plots at the same time. There are a few interesting segments focusing on Slade's children, Jericho and Rose and how they have to deal with their problems in their own way.
But of course, this series is about Deathstroke and Priest utilizes this opportunity to explore more about Slade's past and how is connected to his current situations. Not only that but we also get an origin for the name "Deathstroke" and it makes a lot of sense all things considered. My only complaint is that all these multiple settings make the pacing a bit erratic but is doesn't ruin the read.
Cary Nord handles the artwork and he has a kinda rough-looking style but is still appropriate for the grim and gritty nature of the book.
Quite solid once again, excited to see where the story is going.
