Some thoughts about Metal Men #10

What's the origin of the Nth Metal Man?

In the Dark Multiverse, the Nth Metal Man was born to fight a threat that was going to destroy the world but during his creation, another dangerous being was born as well.

This is as uneven as usual.

Dan Didio offers a new installment where he explores the birth of the Nth Metal Man with less than successful results. Let's talk about the biggest problem here, the narration is not the best, in fact, this issue is mostly devoted to narration about what happened in the Dark Multiverse and what originated the current situation and so makes it seem overexpository and dull, not even such backstory is interesting enough to be invested into it.

Worst of all though, the whole issue is just boring. The Nth Metal Man is not even compelling enough to justify his importance and the new villain who appeared might be intriguing enough but he only appears at the end of the chapter.

Shane Davis is not the best either with a style that doesn't look great in any way and the storytelling can be messy at points.

Can't recommend, let's see how this ends.
