Some thoughts about Teen Titans #33

What will the Teen Titans do from now on?

Lobo almost destroyed the whole team and in the aftermath, Robin has decided he will need to take even riskier actions to handle criminals.

A short issue but one with quite a few interesting developments.

Adam Glass delivers a new chapter which basically serves as an epilogue for many previous events and also set-up for the next big storyline. Once again, the story shines when it's focused on the relationships between the characters although we don't see much of them this time, this is mostly centered around Robin and how he's trying to keep his team together but the way how he reacts to each one of the members is well-handled and understandable.

The twist about the plot proves to be pretty interesting since Glass takes the whole idea of a proactive team to the next level and it makes you instantly question about the morality of these actions and is really reminiscent of previous stories in the DCU, particularly Identity Crisis and I hope the execution is better than the one from that event.

Sean Chen handles the art and is solid with expressive characters and clear storytelling.

Good read, hope the next one offers more content though.
