Some thoughts about Super Sons #10

The Super Sons will have to get ready for the future.

Damian and Jon are starting to get closer everytime they work together and their parents are already trusting them to handle bigger cases. However, things are about to get more dangerous once that unexpected heroes arrive.

Man, this was a quite satisfying read.

Peter Tomasi offers a new chapter where he focuses on the relationship between the protagonists and is such a delight. The writer really knows how to write kids and is especially obvious here due to the multiple scenes that both Jon and Damian share which become even better once that Clark and Bruce get involved since the writer shows surprisingly humourous interactions between the World's Finest based on their reactions about their children.

All of this is helped by the natural and lighthearted dialogue that gets their personality perfectly and accompanied by a plot that is not complex but delivers all the necessary moments to enjoy the characters. There's even a great tease here, one that involves a scene created by Grant Morrison and promises exciting events for the future, if I had one complaint though is that the scene would have been better implemented at the end.

Jose Luis handles the art and is pretty solid with expressive characters and precise storytelling.

Loving this and definitely can't wait for the next one.
