Who is making a funeral for Deathstroke?
Slade is dead and now all of his colleagues are going to pay respect for him in their own way, or at least that's what it seems.
A new storyline begins and starts in a pretty promising way.
Christopher Priest plays with the ramifications of the last crossover with the Teen Titans concerning the death of Deathstroke. Is always fun to see all these villains reunited and see how each one of them react in their respective ways to this event, it felt particularly good when Deadshot mentions that he was expecting to be the one who killed Slade and he feels cheated, nicely in character.
This issue comes with its own sort of twist as well since is revealed that Jericho's role in all of this is much bigger than anyone expected and involves the Legion of Doom in a really interesting way (despite that I'm not really loving their part in the current Justice League). It shows intriguing developments for all of Slade's child in fact due that Rose's future is becoming much bigger.
Fernando Pasarin handles the art and is really good looking with expressive characters and detailed scenarios.
Great read, hope the next continues this way.
