Bruce has been manipulating all this time by one of his greatest enemies and things are just going to get worse.
"Things are just going to get worse" all right because this issue was bad in all ways possible.
Let's start from the beginning okay? Tom King STILL wants to make readers believe that Bane has been pulling the strings all this time and I already mentioned how this was pretty insulting to the audience but this reaches the point of being insulting to the entire planet. Now it turns out that Bane even manipulated Booster Gold into doing the whole stupid thing of changing Bruce's past and creating that alternate reality while ALSO developing the relationship between Bruce and Selina because Bane must have some sort of amazing foresight because all of these things would have to fall into a perfect place to actually work, it was unbelievable before and is even more unbelievable now. Oh, and he also acted like dumb asshole during the I am Bane arc on purpose for all of this to happen because he just loves overly-convoluted stuff.
But you know what's worse than that? That this issue is just a recap of Bane's "master plan" so pretty much nothing progresses and is a complete waste of time. You can skip this issue and don't miss anything.
Mikel Janin and Jorge Fornes' art is great but their efforts are wasted here.
Just don't bother with this. This can't be salvaged now.
