Some thoughts about Iron Fist: The Living Weapon #6

Iron Fist has been left powerless and mortally wounded, how will he be able to return?

Brenda is trying to save Pei from the wrath of Davos, the Steel Serpent who wants to obtain power no matter the cost. Meanwhile, Danny will try his best to recover his strenghts but not even that could be enough to save his home.

Once again, Kaare Andrews brings a chapter that oozes with style and creativity.

The story about Danny's past and present continues to unfold as the supporting cast like Brenda and Pei try to survive from the attack of the assassins. I really love the personality that the author continues to bring to both these characters, especially Brenda who is pretty entertaining.

Davos is actually quite well portrayed considering his history, his development is pretty much what you would expect based on his past experiences although I hope that there's more than meets the eye here and the character starts progressing beyond that.

Andrews' art continues to be one of the most appealing factors of this title. I especially love the kinda of old paper tone he gives to Danny's flashbacks which allows for a more immersive and unique segment and the present sections are equally as impressive.

Another outstanding issue, best Marvel read of the week for me.
