Terry McGuinnis continues to guide his group of villains to his mission. Nobody can stop Lois Lane from telling the truth. Cadmus continues to expand their control.
Well, this chapter certainly advances some aspects from the story but a lot of them are kinda uninteresting.
For one, I don't really enjoy the Batman Beyond segments since they're kinda dull at this point, they offer a bit of character work but not much.
The best segment belongs to the discussion between Lois and the Masked Superman who is actually Shazam and the outcome of that is what you would expect from her.
The Cadmus sections are solid but not particularly great. The Stormwatch scenes actually offer a bit more of details about future developments.
Scott Eaton in in charge of art duties and his work is pretty solid, not impressive really but he still offers a lot of good looking scenes.
Decent I would say. Some things worked, others didn't.
