People are still reacting their own way to Green Arrow's death, some more negatively than others.
Grifter's mission has been pretty clear for him since he was a kid, get rid of any extraterrestial menace, but does he knows what to do in this kind of situations. Menwhile, Firestorm continues to ignore his responsibilities, Mister Terrific is suspicious of the new Batman and Lois Lane finds a clue of her current investigation.
Another issue that delivers a lot of plot from this strange timeline.
Despite of what the cover might make you believe, this issue focuses the most on Grifter where he explains his mission and how he's handling the ramifications of the death of Green Arrow. However, that doesn't mean that Terrific doesn't appear here since he's playing an important role in this issue and one that will most certainly become more important in the future.
Plus, the amount of content that the authors deliver here is quite good. There are hints about the future of Earth 2 along with the threat of the Daemonites and the fate of the Teen Titans, all of it is explored satisfactorily.
The layouts are created by Dan Jurgens and the finished art is handled by Mark Irwin and the overall product is pretty solid, the action is depicted adequately and the character models are pretty good.
Pretty good issue that keeps offering more hints about this period.
