Some thoughts about Forever Evil #7

Lex Luthor and his Injustice League are finally going to fight against the biggest threat from Earth 3 but are they really prepared to what will come later?

Dick Grayson's life is in peril and only Luthor seems to know the way to save him, Luthor always knows a way. In the final battle against the menaces from Earth 3 and what they represent, Lex will learn one of the most important lessons in his life which sadly will be learned due to the death of one of the persons closest to him.

WOW! This issue completely delivered what I was expecting and more!

The constant delays were annoying, the derailing of other stories was even worse, but in this issue, in this single issue Geoff Johns has created one of the best stories that he could have been told, not only about the villains from the DCU but also about Lex Luthor.

This is seriously one of the best portrayals of Luthor that I've seen in a while, Johns completely understands the character and knows what are the most important aspects of his personality. Giving him a great moment after great moment, the author manages to encapsulate everything what's great about this villain in one single issue.

I also loved how Johns has defined the inhabitants from Earth 3 not really as evil beings but instead as really twisted people who only cares about power, is one of the best reimaginations from these characters and I really hope to see more of them in the future.

Oh, and we got a lot of surprising characters getting reintroduced here for the first time in the New 52. One of my old-time favorites and other that will most certainly bring a crisis to the multiverse.

David Finch's deliver one of his strongest works from this series in this issue. His characters are much more detailed and better proportionated, with great depiction of action and strong moment.

Can you tell that I loved this issue? Seriously, one of the bests from the week, if not the best.
