The Flash will have to find the one culprit for the most recent murders before the future caughts with him.
There have been too many coincidences in the most recent cases, the weapons are being used for killing when their original owners usually don't commit such acts. However, that's not the only concern for Barry Allen since he will now have worry about another person causing a killing spree: Himself.
This is properly the third issue from the creative team of Robert Venditti and Van Jensen and so far things are progressing nicely but I have a few qualms about it.
The characterization is pretty good concerning the protagonist, Barry Allen continues the most likable guy on earth and that seems how every other person in the story sees him and that's the reason why people tend to ask him so many favors. The rest of the cast have a decent share of the spotlight too.
The mystery is also a pretty intriguing one, we know that Future Flash is coming to the present to stop some kind of disaster (and maybe create a new one), but there's also a new strange figure who is commiting murders using The Rogues' arsenal. The plot is well-paced and we get a lot of content for the issue.
My biggest concerns here reside in the portrayal of some characters, particularly Wally West. Based on what's presented here, the kid doesn't seem very likable although it's understandable considering his background. I hope we start getting more details about his personality in upcoming issues.
Brett Booth continues to bring a lot of energy in pencils thanks to his kinetic artwork, especially on the scenes focused on The Flash and superspeed.
Solid issue despite of some concerns here and there.
