Some thoughts about Harley Quinn #7

Can Harley Quinn stop the person who wants her dead?

Poison Ivy is willing to help Harley to find the person who put a hit on her head. However, what both will find is that the culprit might be closer than what they think and so both will have to deal with an horde of assassins if they want to solve the problems.

First things first, I must say that finding out who was the culprit made me laugh.

Second, I really enjoyed this issue. Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti create a hilarious story that not only doesn't take itself too seriously but it's also quite insane, the final twist about the ongoing "mystery" is basically a big joke and I'm glad it's depicted as that.

Poison Ivy is portrayed wonderfully here and her interactions with Harley are some of the best parts of this issue, not to mention the book. I hope that she becomes one of the recurring characters because this creative team has simply nailed the dynamic between the two.

It's also necessary to mention that so far no character is normal in this series, there are a lot of crazy people in Harley's world and all of them gives you a chuckle.

Chad Hardin continues to improve his work by bringing a cartoony artstyle that captures the expressions of all the characters and humour perfectly, it's nice to see an artist progressing.

Insanely funny issue. One of my favorites this week.
